- Seekmo Search Assistant never collects personally identifiable information. Seekmo customers remain completely anonymous.
- Seekmo Search Assistant never shares personal information with anyone. We can't and won't because we don't collect it.
- Seekmo Search Assistant contains no hidden software and is easy to uninstall.

Informed Consent
Seekmo is completely upfront with customers about the value of the Seekmo experience and how it works. Prior to installation a user-consent screen is launched to clearly explain Seekmo. This user consent screen includes a plain language description of the product, a complete End User License Agreement and a link to our Privacy Policy. We ensure that installs of our products never occur without user consent.
Branded Advertisements
To ensure that the user knows the source of the search-based advertisements, Seekmo Search Assistant ads include an "about" link (http://www.seekmo.com/downloads/aboutSearchAssistant.aspx) that provides the user with easy access to information about the Seekmo Search Assistant, including how it works and FAQ.
Easy to Uninstall
We also want Seekmo customers to know that they can easily uninstall Seekmo at any time by using the "Add or Remove Programs" menu in the control panel. For the novice user, more detailed instructions are available by clicking on the Seekmo icon in the system tray.
